Personally, I think that Tesco is becoming just a little worried about the local backlash.....

Dear Mr CanningsI just wanted to email you to apologise for the issue today with regard to our milk delivery clashing with our fresh delivery.I understand Wesley, our store manager, apologised as the driver of the milk delivery misunderstood his instruction and instead of driving off and coming back later stayed and waited.In light of this we have taken action and we will be stopping direct deliveries for our milk from next week (it will take us a few days to organise).
