Personally, I think that Tesco is becoming just a little worried about the local backlash.....

Dear Mr CanningsI just wanted to email you to apologise for the issue today with regard to our milk delivery clashing with our fresh delivery.I understand Wesley, our store manager, apologised as the driver of the milk delivery misunderstood his instruction and instead of driving off and coming back later stayed and waited. In light of this we have taken action and we will be stopping direct deliveries for our milk from next week (it will take us a few days to organise). This should stop clashes like this from happening. We are geniunely sorry this has happened. If you have any further questions do not hessitate to get in touch.Regards,Julie

Dear Julie
It is very kind of you to let me know about this - I think we are all aware that the problems of parking and loading outside the St Margarets store are far greater than the clash of the milk delivery with other deliveries, but none the less, I do appreciate what you are doing in this case
Kind regards
